ThreadLink is a simple new app that lets you import your Twitter Followers into Threads. Users can enter their threads username, import their following from Twitter, see a list of their following who have joined Threads, and get notifications for new links.
the users that you want to link needs to be also using threadlink app, so from 250 accounts i was able to import only 1 right away, rest i needed to invite to ThreadLink... kind of useless..
We developed ThreadLink to solve the problem that we saw many users facing: How can I find the people I used to follow on Twitter in Threads. ThreadLink bridges the gap between the two platforms in a simple way that only requires users to sign in and enter their new accounts so that their followers can find them.

@ugur2nd We were able to make use of the Twitter API to authenticate users and store the account mapping manually.

@seth_setse How did you find out if that user has a Threads account? It only comes to my mind when they enter the same usernames or share their instagram username in their bio. But whatever it is, it's something that works pretty well. Good job. 👏

@seth_setse is there an API limit for the amount of accounts it can scan? I follow more than 2k accounts and it only has scanned 2,000 (and only shows one account to “follow” on threads. Which i know is not accurate.
