I'm the author of the app and I'd be happy to receive comments. After using a number of different apps which track users fitness and diet programs our experience showed they just became too hard to use over time. We decided to build an app that was driven by data on the apple watch and in its simplest form tells the user if they are on target with their diet or off target at any time of the day. This then lets users make an informative decision at any time about whether they need to exercise more or if they can eat more safely within the boundaries of their diet.
