Hi Everyone - On January 1st, 2018, my partner Keeley and I launched TheWorkout.Today with a simple plan: Send out a free daily email with a bodyweight workout that anyone can complete at home, without any equipment, in 29 minutes or less. (Plus, a daily thought, idea, or challenge.) The problem with most online fitness programs is it takes a lot of time and effort to figure out what to do. By the time you've scrolled through various blogs or YouTube videos, it's already been 15 minutes we'd rather use those minutes to workout. We don't enjoy spending more time on our phones and computers than we need to, so we built a fitness program that keeps it simple. This is a labor of love for both of us. Keeley is the Founder/CEO of Wild Friends Foods and I consult with purpose-driven companies on capital finance and strategy. So we squeeze our work in on evenings and weekends, but we love it. Since quarantine and sheltering-in-place started, our community has grown a lot. We love the idea that thousands of people from around the world are doing the same workout on the same day. Separate, but together. We also offer yoga, live workouts, interviews with interesting people in different lines of work, and more. Free to join. Easy to unsubscribe. Give it a try and then give me your feedback! Always trying to improve.
I think that your product is really very good, all the more so in the conditions of quarantine and general panic this is exactly what people need, but from my own experience I can say that it’s sometimes very difficult to force yourself to do something because of laziness. For example https://www.inkin.com/blog/en/Ho... I use the personal health assistant that I found in this program, this approach seemed to me much more interesting. Than many apps.
OMG i need this!!! u're a life saver <3
This could definitely be useful for me once i'm feeling better! Nice work!
I love this project!
