Such a cool idea from both a user and business model perspective. Seems like there'd be a lot of opportunity for monetization (quick Macy's/Nordstroms affiliate link integration to start, more robust partnerships down the road) and customer acquisition (partnering with on-demand movie providers, movie producers who could then charge more for product placement, movie theaters, etc). Mobile seems like an obvious platform for this in terms of people's behavior when watching movies and in terms of the tools you can tap into - image/sound recognition technology could turn this into a "Shazam for on-screen products". Also saw Google Glass mentioned as a platform on their About Us page.
