. Gagan is an impressive founder and his experience really shines here (fundraising timing and tactics, food industry challenges, incredible marketing/growth background...) I love how it shows how even with such a clear mission and traction there are always multiple paths ahead and important decisions to make, like deciding the best way to roll out Sprig to its 3rd, 4th, 5th markets. Also, instructive to hear how VC trust and funding played a part in Sprig's ability to outlast competitors. Very enjoyable 28mins (or 14mins for fellow 2x speed listeners 🏇)!
