The Recall File is a global search engine for official product recalls. We aggregate safety alerts from 15 government agencies across 7 countries into one searchable database. Search food, vehicles, medicines, medical devices, and consumer products, create personal watchlists, receive email alerts, and always verify information through the original government source.

Super useful idea, glad something like this exists. One thing that would help me a lot is a simple barcode or photo scan so I can point my phone at a product in the store and instantly see if it's been recalled, rather than typing out the name manually.
@sonerazv7 Thanks, really appreciate that! That’s actually something I’m planning to add. A barcode and photo scanner would make it much faster to check products while shopping, especially for food and household items. It’s high on my roadmap.

Finally a clean way to check recalls across countries without digging through a dozen government sites. Searched for a medication and it pulled up alerts from three agencies at once, which genuinely surprised me.
@sudenur68qt Thank you! That was one of the main goals from day one. I didn’t want people to have to search every government website separately, so bringing everything together in one search felt like the best solution. Glad it worked well for you.
Love that the results always link back to the original government source, that detail shows real respect for the user and for proper verification.
@nebahatkormazer Thanks a lot! Keeping the original government source attached to every recall was really important to me. I wanted people to be able to verify the information themselves instead of just trusting a third party. Glad you noticed that detail.
