@tferriss has become an influencer on my fitness since I started listening to his podcast, I really should pick up this book. What's the 80/20 analysis for those of you who have read it?
Fantastic book! @tferriss most defiantly the king of Life Hacking! This book first introduced to Pre-hab, have noticed a considerable difference in my body since. "do Pre-hab, no Re-Hab"
