How does Terr.ai vet or rank contractors to ensure quality and trust? Also, does the platform offer any features for dispute resolution or guarantees, in case projects don’t go as planned?

@sneh_shah Thank you! This is an excellent question! We too started the journey by asking this question as we go through the same struggle. Internally, we have come up with a system that gives scores to vendors based on certain factors such as online presence, sentiment from reviews, the distance from user's location, their qualifications, their availability and our in house experience is also factored into the algorithm as we have dealt with all type of contractors ourselves. We are not claiming to be 100% accurate here but what are aiming do is filter out those that are clearly bad and save users some time so they can focus on the ones that can actually help them right away. The platform facilitates the search and potential quote gathering at the moment instead of being a middleman to coordinate with the project management. This is something that we have discussed as well and are certainly looking to tackle later in the future.
