I have used temu a lot. I recently bought a hose from them. I received an email saying it was delivered. When i got home there was nothing. I contacted customer service only to waste an hour of my time and getting ticked off. I eventually received an email from temu telling me that because it showed the was delivered there was nothings more they would do. Nothing. 😤😤😤. The obviously care more about a hose then they do their customers. I will be looking for other places to shop from now on. There are a lot of other things that they do in the app that makes for bad practices. I encourage anyone wgo has had experiences similar to mine to write a review so more people will know how temu treats their customers and how they dont care.
