Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I’m the maker of TemperTrade. I built this tool because I kept losing money to the same enemy: My own emotions. I would spend hours analyzing charts and building a strategy. But in the heat of the moment, the charts would say "Hold," while my fear would say "Sell." Or the market would be flat, and my boredom would say "Buy." I realized I was spending thousands of dollars on data feeds to track the market, but zero dollars tracking the one variable that actually executes every trade: Myself. That’s why I built TemperTrade. It is a psychology-first trading journal designed to help you distinguish between a calculated risk and a gamble. What makes it different? 🧠 Mood Tracking: We log your emotional state (Anxious, Confident, Bored) alongside your trade entry/exit. This helps you spot "Tilt" before it drains your account. 🔒 Local-First Privacy: This was a huge priority for me. Financial data is sensitive. TemperTrade has no servers and no database.
