It was chaotic, error-prone, and totally outdated. TaskTag is a mobile-first project management app built specifically for construction teams. It helps you assign tasks, track progress, and collaborate in real time — whether you're in the office or on-site with a hard hat on. Along the way, we talked to dozens of contractors, project managers, and field workers. Their feedback shaped everything — from simplifying the UX to offline access and mobile-first features.
