I’m Artyom Dovgopol, founder of Taskee.pro. With 15+ years of experience leading teams in oil & gas, telecom, and real estate, I’ve seen firsthand how messy project management can get. Finding the right tool was always a challenge – so I’ve decided to…well, build one.

Taskee.pro started as a simple internal tracker but quickly became something more. It helped our team get organized without the usual complexity, and that’s when I realized – this could work for any team, anywhere.

Taskee is built to give teams a clear structure with features like customizable statuses and a clean Kanban system — but at the same time, it stays flexible.

Different teams work differently, so we focused on:
— Allowing each project to have its own structure and flow;
— Simple reordering and adjusting tasks on the go;
— Soon, we plan to add voice task creation and audio notes to make workflows even more adaptable.

We believe productivity tools should adjust to teams — not the other way around 💛

@yutyurneva Absolutely! 😊 While Taskee is built with teams in mind, it’s also a great tool for solo use. You can manage personal projects, track tasks, set priorities, and stay organized — all in one clear, distraction-free space. Many of our users actually start with personal use and later bring their teams on board!

Great question! Right now, Taskee allows custom statuses to tailor your workflow. Adding custom fields for tracking is on our roadmap — we definitely see how valuable that can be!

As for future features, we’re planning to add voice-based functionality: voice task creation and audio notes. We believe it will make task management even faster and more natural. Stay tuned!

We totally understand — Trello is a great tool, and many users are looking for ways to sync and migrate. While direct Trello integration isn’t live yet, it’s definitely on our roadmap!

In the meantime, we’re working on import/export features to make transitions smoother, and integrations with popular tools are coming soon. Stay tuned!

@radiantspace Thanks for the question, Yury! Right now, we don't have a way to transfer boards from other tools. But getting started with new task boards on our platform is super easy! You can gradually switch over by finishing up tasks in your old tool while creating your new boards here. We offer lots more features, like file storage, messaging, and more. Thanks for the idea though, we'll definitely talk about it with the team!

What makes Taskee different is that you can create custom roles and permissions for your team, customize your entire workflow the way your company operates. You also get a real-time look at how your company's doing, since timers track progress while you, as owner or manager, check in on projects. Plus, you can jump between dashboards to see how the whole company or a single project is going. And you always know who's working on what in real time. We've also got file storage and messaging built right into the tasks, so you don't need extra tools to keep everyone on the same page. Those are just a few advantages; we've got tons more and are planning to add even cooler features. Take a look and tell us what you'd like to see!

How does Taskee handle scalability for large teams working across multiple departments? Any plans for integrations with popular third-party tools?

@samarali Great question! Taskee is already designed to support teams of up to 50 users comfortably, with flexible permissions and clear project structures. For larger teams and multiple departments, we’re planning advanced role management and cross-project overviews.

And yes — integrations are on our roadmap! We’re starting with tools like Slack, Google Calendar, and project exports, and will continue expanding based on user feedback.

As a domain owner, you can establish department managers and employees reporting to them, creating a three-level hierarchy suitable for small teams. We are considering adding more levels based on user feedback. We welcome your thoughts on this! Do you find a three-level structure (owner-manager-employee) adequate for small companies?
