Yo! Curt here, one of the creators of Tap In. Our crew took the summer to solve one big problem: There's more coverage of the beautiful game than ever, but we found ourselves having trouble keeping up. How can we make it easier to follow the must-know events in global soccer? Our fix is the latest version of Tap In, it's a soccer calendar with context: - Quick previews get you prepped for the weekend - Live match data gives you the updates you need - The biggest matches recapped in one spot by Monday morning - Daily links to a Must Read article and Must Watch video iOS and Android apps are coming in the next couple weeks. We'd love to hear your suggestions for making Tap In more useful!

@binionaire Any thoughts on native features? We have our list, but curious what type of functionality you would be looking for.

@binionaire @deanbrady Highlights have been added to the cards! It's just a link for now, we'll have YouTube vids embedded in the coming weeks :)

@deanbrady there's an app called FootyLight, it has lots of features in terms of LiveScore, videos, news, full match games to watch by league & country 👌🙌. I would say good content quality features of everything ⚽️

To find fixtures in IST what I do is type EPL fixtures in google and get results. I would love have this feature of match schedule in my local timezone and good reason to use this app.

@rohandey Yeah it's funny, in previous products we've done, the automatic time zone feature has always been a huge hit, as simple as it is.

@rohandey Local timezone is activated. All the times that you are seeing should be match start times in your geo area. Is that what you're referencing?

Great work! ABSOLUTELY need this. I always start out diving deep into Soccer news, then when seasons progress and towards the end - I always get caught drowning in news. One of the features to consider perhaps: I watch a lot of games on replay. I want to be able to look at a week of past fixtures, WITHOUT scores presented, and determine by some quality measure if I should watch it (Total goals scored, score differential between two teams in a match, etc I know; not the perfect criteria). It could be just me but, I like to seek out the exciting games without knowing the score so I can make the most of my time with the fixtures I choose to watch. Anywho - keep up the good work!

@taylorbarr That's a REALLY fascinating idea, Taylor. There could almost be an alternate version, Tap In No Spoilers, that functioned like that. You're not alone in watching a lot of soccer on replay.

Thanks @taylorbarr !! That would indeed be amazing. We're trying to figure out a way to have video replay of matches without getting in trouble or violating copyright laws. If we figure that out, we'll definitely be hiding the score. Great idea on the quality measure too.

@taylorbarr @curtyb Great idea. I watch SUMO in Japan and hate the spoilers. Knowing who won before I even start the match is a huge excitement killer.

This is cool and well designed. I think it's probably made for people who root for top tier teams though rather than those of us who have favourites at the bottom of the table. It also seems fine for fantasy soccer, though. Nonetheless, it's well designed for sure. Just looked at it and thought "this won't help a Swansea City" fan. I guess hence "essential." Good luck with it though.

@ronbronson That's a good call-out Ron. One assumption we had to make to keep it simple was that fans would know about their own team's results since they'll be following them closely. But, Tap In helps you get up to speed on all the "headline matches" that are happening outside of your favorite team. Plus, when the Swans are in a big match, they'll be there. Just not every week :) Another future feature would be to allow people a favorite team that would be pinned to the top, regardless of the other matches Tap In selects.
