What inspired you to build this? I was inspired by seeing how difficult and time-consuming it was for Tamil speakers to write professional emails or content, especially in formal or business settings. Many people, including myself, struggled with finding the right words, maintaining proper grammar, and creating content that matched official or modern standards. The lack of easy, reliable tools for generating good Tamil emails motivated me to create a solution. What problem were you trying to solve? I wanted to solve the problem of composing clear, professional Tamil email content for job seekers, students, freelancers, small businesses, writers, bloggers, and marketers. Writing in Tamil for formal needs can be challenging, especially with tight deadlines or limited language skills. My goal was to make this process fast and accessible, enabling users to generate Tamil emails, newsletters, and messages that meet workplace, customer, and personal standards—including options to send via SMS and WhatsApp. How did your approach or process evolve while working on this launch? At first, I focused just on basic formal Tamil emails. As I talked to potential users—students, professionals, small businesses, and content creators—I learned they needed templates for many scenarios: business outreach, marketing, newsletters, and casual messages. So, I expanded the tool’s features to support more formats, allow sharing through WhatsApp and SMS, and collect feedback for continuous improvement. The process became more community-driven; user suggestions shaped the templates and sharing features, ensuring the tool solves real, everyday pain points for Tamil speakers.
