Hello hello hello! I'm Chris, Founder of TalentWell. TalentWell is a tool that allows you to collect speculative applications, sort them into pools with AI and then contact candidates at the right time in your hiring process. Throughout my time on both sides of the hiring process, I found the best candidates are not always available when we're looking to hire and as a candidate, the right job isn't always available in my short job seeking window. TalentWell allows companies and candidates to create a relationship before a role is available. From the product side, you can: → Create an intake form that matches your company branding. → Set up pools with a criteria, which ✨ AI will contextually match the candidate to. → Alert candidates to positions relevant to them at the right time in your hiring process. → Add team members and leave reviews on candidates for future sorting. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask me here or at contact@talentwell.app. Cheers, Chris

Hey Chris! This sounds super handy for hiring teams. A quick question - Can you customize the criteria for the AI matching process? Also, how does the team collaboration work within the tool?Anyway, good luck with TalentWall.

@lucasbenjaminfoster Hi Lucas! Yes you can customize the criteria, we leave it pretty open. For example, you could have a broad criteria e.g. 'Went to an Ivy League University' or you could get quite specific e.g. 'Must have experience with Rust and TailwindCSS'. On the team collaboration side, the initial feature we wanted to implement was reviews on candidates, but I imagine we'll expand this based on user feedback. We also don't want to dis-incentivise teams from adding their members, so there is no seat-based-pricing.
