I’m Petro Tkachuk, Head of Product at Talenavita — thrilled to finally share what we’ve been building!
We originally built Talenavita to solve our own internal chaos: juggling time tracking, budgets, staffing, and project visibility across too many disconnected tools. So we decided to simplify — one place to see how time, cost, and work actually come together.
I’ve been working hands-on with our design, dev and ops teams to keep things focused on what really matters: fast insight, real data, and real-world workflows. No fluff — just a lean tool that helps teams stay on top of performance and profitability.
What I love most: whether you’re a team lead or a founder, you can instantly see what’s working, what’s not, and where you’re burning time or budget. No digging, no guesswork.

Great question! Yes, there are some competitors out there, but when we were looking for a solution ourselves, we found that most existing tools were either too expensive, overly complex, or simply didn’t align with the way we work. That’s why we decided to build Talenavita — initially to automate our own internal processes. Over time, it evolved into a platform that fits the needs of modern development companies perfectly.
