I started SystemSketcher after failing a system design interview. I realized I wasn’t actually bad at system design, I just didn’t know where to start, how to structure my thinking, or where to find a real mentor to guide me. So I built the tool I wished I had.
SystemSketcher lets you practice system design with an AI that acts like a real interviewer asking questions, checking your progress, and helping you think more clearly while you sketch your ideas. My goal is to make system design feel less intimidating, especially for people who are learning on their own.
Hope it helps others the way I wish something like this existed for me.
