This is very interesting, when planning a low budget photoshoot everyone is still relying on Model Mayhem, is Swipecast aiming at offering a new solution in that space or is it looking only at agency partnerships to ensure quality perhaps?

The latest example of platforms cutting out the middle man. This app connects modeling professionals like models, photographers and stylists, directly with clients. I'm not really sure how I feel about this because on one hand, while it opens up lots of potential for new starters to the industry to get jobs, it could also be used for malicious activities. Any thoughts?

@joshuaoxj there's always potential for malicious activities. Airbnb, Zipcar, Uber/Lyft, etc. all have potential for weird stuff. If you don't do it because you're afraid of malicious activity, nothing will ever get done. Instead, those are the table stakes of this being at all successful, and I don't doubt that it can't be figured out.
