Recently, I realised that I'm horrible at writing email updates and posting, but actually terrific at putting out @Substack articles. I want to open the Substack distribution workflow to other founders who rely on Substack for their community already.
The app polls a Substack feed and uses it to:
- Email new articles to an audience list list through @Twilio
- Update the website blog with the article (and sitemap)
- Create Instagram carousels and image posts for the next week

I have a channel with 100k+ subscribers and built a tool that turns raw video content into daily posts.
The problem I had: you record content but never post it. When you do post, you're guessing what will work. You can't afford a social media person and you hate editing videos and posting them online.
Leo fixes all of that. Drop in footage you already have, it picks clips relevant to today's searches, figures out what's actually converting based on real purchase data we get from big brands, and posts it for you daily.
You never touch a video editor. You just show up on camera.
