I built a Subscription Tracker app on Lovable that reminds you 5 days before any subscription renews via WhatsApp, email, and browser. Easily add details, split costs with friends, track in your local currency—no login needed, data stays on your device.

I’ve built an app on Lovable called Subscription Tracker. Often, we sign up for various monthly or yearly subscriptions across different platforms, but due to our busy schedules, we forget about them until we get a deduction notification from our bank—only then we remember we had a subscription. Sometimes, we stop using a service or website after subscribing but forget to remove our card details, and money keeps getting deducted at the end of the month. That's when we realize we never canceled the subscription. This Subscription Tracker app is incredibly helpful in such cases. It notifies you 5 days before any of your subscriptions are set to renew via WhatsApp, browser notifications, and email alerts. Adding a subscription is super easy—just click on “Add New Subscription,” enter the name of the app or service, its start date, expiry date, and the amount. There’s support for multiple currencies, so it doesn’t matter which country you're in. If you subscribed to a service in USD, you can input the monthly amount in dollars, and the app will automatically convert it into your local currency based on your selected country. Often, two friends or partners share the cost of a subscription—this is common with small startups of 2-3 people pooling funds. I’ve added a feature for this too: you can split the subscription cost among up to 6 people, and the app will show how much each person owes. You can also assign a category to each subscription, such as Entertainment, Cloud Services, etc., and customize the card color to help you quickly recognize each one. Once you fill in the required fields, a subscription card will be created showing the start date, expiry date, monthly cost, converted amount, and split values if applicable. Green cards mean active subscriptions. Red cards mean expired subscriptions. Orange cards appear when a subscription will expire within 5 days. Each card also displays the days remaining until expiry or how many days ago it expired. At the top of the app, you'll see a summary showing the total number of subscriptions, how many are active, how many are expired, and how many are about to expire. This app has been extremely useful for me, so I thought it could help others too. There’s no need to create an account or log in, and the best part is—your data is stored locally in your browser. That means it’s only visible to you on your PC. If someone else opens the website on their device, they’ll see a clean slate with no access to your data.
