What do you think? โ€ฆ

I've been reading and listening to Stratechery for years โ€“ย Ben and James are brilliant thinkers whose perspective and opinion about big news stories and strategies are always interesting. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ for the new redesign!
Conrad Jackson

Ben stands out in his analysis of Facebook, Amazon, Netflix, Google (FANG) and describing the business models and strategies these businesses follow.

The free articles are amazing, the daily articles are fantastic value. His new site has a much better structure for describing the vast range of subjects within the tech world he covers.

Bonus: Check out Exponent.fm, the companion podcast hosted by @benthompson & @jamesallworth. Among a wide range of fascinating subjects they explore, they've been way out in front (by years) of the issues and challenges Facebook have created and now face, and how this will impact on the wider tech and startup industries.

Pros:

Spot on accessible deep dive analysis of the biggest issues in Tech

Cons:

None

Stratechery is fastidious about topic curation, and the commentary is on point. Itโ€™s in my โ€always read/listenโ€ stack. Redesign is icing on the cake!

I've subscribed to the Daily Update for over a year now, and would recommend it to anyone who works in the technology industry.

Pros:

The smartest, most condensed tech analysis out there.

Cons:

Requires fairly solid foundation in strategy/economics, but this can be learned.

Alex Daish

Ben is an outstanding writer that I have referenced numerous times in my career across tech, media and advertising.

Pros:

Some of the smartest thinking available in tech

Cons:

Makes me feel stupid sometimes

Trevor McKendrick
