Over the last months, seeing tons of makers launch new products, a pattern kept showing up: people make things way more complicated than they need to be. Most of the time, you can take something that already works, copy the core, then change the angle, pick a niche, simplify the UX, and ship fast (then iterate based on real feedback).
That’s basically what I did: I pulled startup data from existing directories, looked for repeatable trends, and packaged it into a simple newsletter so founders can spot what’s working early instead of guessing. It ships every Monday and Thursday.
