Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm William, and honestly? I'm just trying to figure this whole "building things" journey out. I've been learning to code for the past years, working on side projects at night after my day job. Most of them went nowhere. But I kept building because... I don't know, I just love making stuff that works. StartACall started as a weekend experiment. "Can I make browser calling work without all the bloat?" A few months later, here we are. I'm not backed by VCs. I don't have a team. It's just me, a laptop, and way too much coffee trying to build something people might actually use. The idea is simple: calling internationally sucks. Apps are annoying. Rates are confusing. So I built something that just... works. Open browser, dial, call. That's it. I'm sharing it here because I genuinely want to know: does this solve a real problem for you? Would you actually use this? I'm still figuring out if this can be a real business or if it's just another side project. Your feedback today will literally shape what happens next. First call is free if you want to try it. No card needed. I'll be here all day answering questions, taking feedback, or just chatting about building stuff as a solo maker. Thanks for checking it out ❤️

I’m really curious about this! I’ve also implemented a phone system using WebRTC, but how do you map phone numbers? Just out of curiousity....

@albert_sun91 Hey, WebRTC doesn't directly connect to phone numbers. You need a VoIP gateway/provider (like Twilio, Vonage, Plivo) that bridges WebRTC ↔ PSTN (traditional phone network).
