If you’ve ever ordered a Starbucks drink and wondered “How many calories are actually in this?”, you’re not alone.
A simple latte can vary massively depending on:
Drink size
Milk type (oat, almond, soy, whole, nonfat)
Syrup pumps
Cold foam flavors
Toppings like lavender powder or caramel drizzle
The problem is that the official Starbucks nutrition info usually shows only the default drink, not the customized version you actually order.
