Has anybody had success with these habit-forming products? Or one that you particularly like for goal-tracking? I feel like if you're not there mentally, no notification will do the work for you. It's always easy to say "Ah shit, I'm in the middle of something now, I'll just dismiss this". I think it just comes down to willpower, and these types of apps give us that extra nudge. I haven't found one as far as goal tracking that I really liked.

@omri_aloni I agree. One of the keys to behavior change is to be mentally ready and physically able to make the change to begin with. Most of these just become nag bots. A more comprehensive, long-term view to the product's experience over time is necessary to be successful with behavior mod and habit formation.
