SquadRoom gives you a team of AI employees. A lead agent learns your company and plans the work. Specialists for research, writing, partnerships and operations do it. You drop a task on the board and walk away. When you come back, the work is finished and a report shows every step and every source. Agents only stop to ask you when a decision really needs you, and nothing goes out without your OK. Bring your own AI key. Try the live demo, no signup.

@kraten First thing I'd hand over is partner research: finding companies that serve the same customers and drafting the intro. How does the lead agent decide a partner is worth the outreach versus just adding it to the list, and can I see why it ranked one above another?
@lancelot_d_souza1 It ranks partners using what you've told it about your customers and goals.
You get a simple table: each partner, how good a fit they are, why, and the source. So you can always see why one is above another.
It only writes intros for the top few, and nothing is sent until you say yes.
"Nothing goes out without my OK” is very important nowadays, but what happens when the queue of approvals gets long ? It ends up defying the purpose ? Do you have a process to speed it up?
@dounia_boughalem I feel the same way. There are many tools for this purpose, but they always end up falling short when it comes to validation and the time wasted on it. I haven't found one yet that manages to strike a balance between the two.

Great question, and you're both naming the exact trap I worried about while building it. An approval queue that grows faster than you can read it is just a new inbox.
So the bet is fewer, better asks rather than faster clicking:
• Agents only stop when a decision really needs you, and they batch up to 3 questions into one ask, each with the finding behind it, so you decide in one read instead of opening five threads
• They check what you've already told them before asking, so you don't answer the same thing twice
• Only the task that's waiting pauses. Everything else keeps moving
• Approve and send is one click, and a recurring job you approve once keeps running without asking again
• There's an optional morning brief that lists what's waiting with a recommended answer for each
What it doesn't have yet: bulk approve, or "stop asking me about this kind of thing." That's the part I'd love your take on. Which actions would you trust an agent to do without asking first?
One owner per task is a nice detail here, Kartike. It's much easier to follow a handoff when you can see who's responsible for it and what happened along the way. Congrats on the launch!
@oleksii_sekundant Thanks! That's exactly what we were aiming for. Clear ownership and visibility make collaboration so much smoother. Appreciate the support!
Congrats on the launch! 🎉 I have been using SquadRoom for about a month. I recently gave it a blog post task, and it actually went through my existing posts first, scraped LinkedIn, Reddit, and Twitter for research, did keyword analysis, and came back with a draft that reads exactly like something I would have written. A post like that usually takes me 1 to 2 days, but I had it by the end of the day.
Any plans to add direct publishing to platforms like WordPress straight from the board?
@kashishkumawat Good question! It’s not built in yet. Right now the agent’s finished post lands in SquadRoom Docs, and you copy it into WordPress yourself.
It’s on our roadmap, though: direct WordPress publishing from the board is coming.
Until then, you can get pretty close. SquadRoom lets you connect any MCP server (Integrations → Custom → Add custom MCP), and WordPress.com now has its own MCP server that can write posts. Connect it, and your agents can save posts straight to your site as drafts. Self-hosted WordPress takes a little more setup: the official MCP Adapter plugin plus a login plugin. Happy to help anyone who wants to try it.
One thing we’ll keep either way: the squad writes the drafts, and you’re the one who hits publish. Nothing goes live on your site without you.
