Hey PH 👋 Built this after a group dinner where I watched someone "forget their wallet" for the 3rd time in a row. Nobody said anything. Everyone just covered it. Classic. I started thinking... what if splitting the bill was a game instead of an awkward social obligation? Split or Steal uses the prisoner's dilemma: everyone votes secretly to split (pay your share) or steal (pay nothing). If you're the only one who steals, you win. If multiple people steal, they're left with even more than their fair share (and splitters end up paying less for their fairness). It completely changes the dynamic.
