Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Olumide, one of the co-founders of Spidra, and today we're finally going public with something we've been quietly building and obsessing over.
The problem that started it all
Every developer and data team we talked to had the same story: spend days building a scraper, watch it break the moment a website changed its layout, then spend more days fixing it. We lived that cycle too. So we stopped accepting it.
What Spidra actually is
Spidra is an AI-powered web scraping platform that turns any website into clean, structured data using a simple prompt. No selectors to write. No proxy setup. No CAPTCHA headaches. Just describe what you want and get back JSON, CSV, or a live feed to wherever your data needs to go.
Here's what's under the hood:
🔵 AI Scraper & Crawler — Describe what you need in plain language. Spidra figures out the rest, even on JavaScript-heavy, bot-protected pages.
🔵 SDKs & API — Open-source libraries for every major language. Up and running in a few lines of code.
🔵 Batch Scraping — Queue up to 50 URLs in one request and collect results in parallel.
🔵 Browser Actions — Simulate real user interactions: clicks, logins, scrolls, form fills.
🔵 Presets — Save and reuse scraping configurations. Share them privately or via the Marketplace.
🔵 Scheduled Delivery — Set a date and time, and Spidra pushes your data to Slack, Discord, Telegram, webhooks, or email automatically.
A story that captures who we are
A user told us full-site crawling wasn't working for their specific workflow. We built the feature and demoed it on their exact site within 48 hours. That's not a one-off; that's how we operate.
Launch news 🎉
Every account that signs up today gets 300 free credits to explore Spidra, no credit card needed. The credit is enough to run real scraping jobs and see exactly what the platform can do before spending a cent.
We're live at spidra.io and the docs are at docs.spidra.io.
Hanging in the comments all day, feel free to ask us anything.

How do you handle sites that change layout, like does it auto adapt or do you need to re prompt?
@karimbenkeroum Hello Ben,
Yes, it auto-adapts.
You don’t need to reprompt.
Thanks so much.
Hey PH 👋 I'm Joel, one of the co-founders of Spidra.
I'm really excited we're finally here today. We've put a lot into this, and honestly, we just want people to try it and tell us what they think.
If you have any questions at all, I'm here all day.

Looks cool. Can it do a search and then scrape the results in a closed web system like Substack, Medium, or LinkedIn?
@jenifer_de_figueiredo
Hello Jennifer,
Thank you for the wonderful feedback!
Yes, Spidra can scrape and search within closed web systems. You can either scrape a specific URL directly or use Page Operations to interact with a website before scraping. For example:
Click the search bar
Enter your search keyword
Click the submit button
Once those actions are completed, run the scrape, and Spidra will retrieve the resulting data for you.
Spidra also supports authenticated scraping, allowing you to access content behind login pages while complying with the target website's Terms of Service.
If you'd like to share more details about your use case, I'd be happy to help :)
I'm happy for you but the product name sounds intimidating to me
