Somadome Meditation Pod: A Bridge To A Better You.

I came across Somadome on a recent visit to Ojai Valley Inn & Spa, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Enough that I figured it would be useful to share here on Product Hunt! Since then, every time I have meditated in my car, or tried to find a quiet space to meditate in a local park or at the airport, I have thought about that experience and how great it would be if the Somadome was more widely available. Right now, there are only 5 of these gems that exist in the wild, as the company is still an early stage startup. Slowly but surely, people are taking notice (http://www.nytimes.com/2015/11/1...) and they seem to have a great vision for the future. As apps like Headspace and Calm gain traction (and users) there will be more humans seeking comfortable places to practice mindfulness. This won't ever be a consumer-level product, but I can definitely see corporate use cases, further spa expansion, and even limited expansion into well-maintained public spaces. If there was one of these at my local library, I'd pay a yearly subscription price to visit the pod daily as long as it was cleaned, de-sanitized and booking time was properly managed. It sure would beat meditating in my car, sucking in garage fumes! I'll definitely be keeping my eye on this space!
