I love the idea of having two plugable mics instead of constantly passing the device, that's a nice differentiator from just using a phone. If makers are around, a few questions: Do you intend to allow to translate the same sentence in several languages in a row? The picture in the "group talking made easy" section of the kickstarter page shows several people each talking a different languages, but their sentences are translated to only one destination language :) EDIT the video in the mentioned section partly answers this question : for group talks, you need several devices, and each one manages its own destination language. And, I guess, a question you often get : do you plan to add offline support at some point (at the very least, for a few downloaded languages)? That would be the biggest differentiator from phones by far.
I’m gonna pass on commenting the product, which honestly seems pretty cool, and just focus on the video. The French parts are awfully translated, and the subtitles aren’t the right transcription of what’s being said. How could I trust your translation device after this ? :-)
