I've just finished this book today. As someone looking to start a business this book has been great for defining what type of business I want, and why I'm doing it. The book is less about tactics to implement and more about stories and drawing conclusions from those. As such the book can feel a 'go around the houses', compared to other books which will go straight for the point before moving onto the next. If you're looking for tactics on how to create a great company this book will provide some value but maybe not in the form you'd expect, if you're looking for inspiration and real stories from great companies and how they've built their businesses and the challenges they've faced, then this is for you.
