How do you know if your CV is actually being read?

Most job seekers send PDFs and hear nothing back. They don't know if the problem is the CV itself or if nobody opened it in the first place.

Skwiz gives candidates a public link instead of a PDF and shows them how many times it's been viewed, and when.

The analytics feature was the last thing I planned to build. It ended up being the first thing every early user asked about.
