SkiHub is an early-stage winter sports marketplace for web and mobile. It helps skiers explore instructor profiles, equipment rental options and mountain information, with multilingual support. Destination coverage and the partner network are still growing. AI Match is in development and is intended to recommend instructors based on level, goals, language, resort eligibility and current availability. Our goal is to make winter sports planning and booking simpler and more trusted.

My father was a ski instructor and ran a ski rental shop in Uludağ. After he passed away, I took over the business and ran it for about three years. During that time, I noticed that Uludağ hadn’t become digital yet. People were still working the old-fashioned way: “Bring your receipt, take your skis”—an unstructured system, with software only just starting to be introduced. That was the first thing I noticed.
The second was this: as many people come to ski, just as many come to take pictures. During busy periods, 70 people would be coming in and out of the shop at once. In that rush, I couldn’t give each person the time to choose their own clothing or products. They had to take and wear whatever we gave them, and that made people unhappy. Their unhappiness really bothered me. They were already spending money without even skiing, and on top of that, they were leaving unhappy.
That was what inspired me to create the app. I wanted to bring equipment rental options and instructors together in one place, starting in Türkiye, and I’m getting really positive engagement.
Right now, I just need software development support to turn it from an app for renting skis and booking instructors into a marketplace, because people from all over the world are reaching out to me—instructors, manufacturers, ski wax companies. So I definitely need to turn it into a marketplace if I can get the resources to do so.
Tomorrow’s $10K ChatGPT Challenge is a huge milestone for me, but the real journey started long ago in the harsh, unpredictable conditions of the mountains. 🏔️

That’s why I built SkiHub: an early-stage winter-sports marketplace focused on Türkiye, helping guests discover instructors, ski schools and equipment rental providers. AI Match is in development, and year-round services, SaaS tools and international expansion are future ambitions.
