I'm Georgije, founder of SimplySigma and a Design for Six Sigma Black Belt. Here's what drove me to build this: Product engineering tools like DFMEA, Monte Carlo analysis, and design scorecards are incredibly valuable—but hardly anyone uses them consistently. After talking to dozens of quality engineers and Master Black Belts, I realized why: Excel Hell: Everything lives in spreadsheets scattered across shared drives. Version control is a nightmare. You update your DFMEA but forget to update the linked CTQ scorecard. The tools become stale, and a stale quality tool is worthless. Zero Integration: Tools don't talk to each other. You manually track which failure modes affect which CTQ metrics. Cross-referencing is painful, so people just... don't. Terrible UX: These tools are powerful but clunky. Learning curve is steep. Finding the latest version? Good luck. The result? Low adoption = low ROI. Teams abandon these tools or use them only for audits, not actual product development. I started focused purely on Design for Six Sigma tools—that's my training and background. But customer interviews changed everything. Leaders kept telling me: "We need DFMEA AND 8D problem solving. We need Monte Carlo AND fishbone diagrams from Lean." Quality teams don't think in methodology silos—they grab whatever tool solves the problem. So I pivoted from "Design for Six Sigma software" to "integrated product engineering suite." One unified platform where you can pull from DFSS, Lean Six Sigma, Red X methods—whatever you need. And critically, where these tools link to each other. My end goal is to increase adoption by making these tools enjoyable to use, collaborative, traceable, and searchable to increase adoption rates and improve business ROI.
