Shishito, allows home buyers in the Colorado area to navigate the home buying process so that they can be their own representation in a real estate purchase and save money in the process.
Shishito exists to educate and simplify the home buying process for anyone that has chosen to navigate that process by themselves or without an agent representing you. My sole goal is to make the dream of home ownership something we can all achieve. I would love some feedback on this product.

Such a smart idea - I’ve always wanted to represent myself when buying a house.
Looks super interesting! I never really understood how we are forced to pay the ~6% agent fee when buying a house. The demos make sense to me from the buyers perspective, but what does this look like for a seller? Do they have to list their home through Shishito in order for a buyer to have access?
@collin_schneider Seller's still list their house by whatever means they want. Shishito is for buyer's only, at the point of when the buyer is ready to make an offer on a property they could use Shishito's contract software to make an offer.
