Share data safely:
1. Start a new message in Outlook
2. Open the ShareSimple window and choose Share
3. Drag and drop the files you want to share
4. Send the email
Request data with consent:
1. Start a new message in Outlook
2. Open the ShareSimple window and choose Request
3. Fill in the items you want to request (passport numbers, NEMID, SWIFT
4. A secure request form is created
5. Send the email
Recipients verify their identity before viewing data shared, or sending data back to you.
ShareSimple also collects a person's consent before letting them send their data back to you, and it logs everything to keep you compliant with the GDPR and other privacy regulations.
