I found that I could read every social skills book, but the moment I start talking, I still forget everything. So I decided: only one thing at a time. ShakoUp prevents the overwhelm that I felt by giving one single social action to focus on today. How it works: The Daily Move: Get one mission based on one theory or skill. The Journal: Record what happened. Documenting helps tracking progress. Muscle Memory: By focusing on one thing at a time, I actually retain it.

I built ShakoUp because I have a "awkward silence" problem. I’d read books, watched YouTube videos, understand some theories, but then still freeze up in real conversations. I didn't need more knowledge. I needed practice.
I built this tool to strip away the noise. One day. One action.
It’s a free MVP (no ads, no paywall). My goal is to help people like me build that social muscle memory.
