Service Squad

Service Squad

Smarter booking and service management for everyone.

ServiceSquad brings customers, providers, and admins together in one app, something most service platforms split across separate tools. This launch introduces smooth role based workflows, real time tracking, in app chat with photos, provider scheduling tools, and a full admin dashboard. It creates a simple and transparent way to book services, manage work, and run a marketplace from a single platform.

Thanks for stopping by to check out ServiceSquad. We created this because booking and managing home services often feels scattered. Customers want trusted help, providers want an easy way to manage their work, and admins want a clear view of the entire marketplace. ServiceSquad brings all three into one platform so everything feels simpler and more transparent. We would love to hear your thoughts, suggestions, or ideas for new features. Your feedback will help shape what we build next.

Love the simplicity of having everything in one app. For someone managing a small team of providers, can admins assign jobs manually or is everything automated based on availability?

@olajiggy321 Happy to clarify this for you. The current setup is built to keep everything simple, transparent, and easy to manage for both customers and your team.

Customers select their preferred provider during the booking process. They only see providers who are available at that moment, which makes the choice smooth and effortless.

Here is how the flow works today.

• Customers make an active choice of provider, giving them full control.
• Providers receive the booking and can confirm it based on their schedule.
• Admins enjoy complete visibility into all bookings, keeping the workflow organized and clear.

This structure works really well for smaller teams because it keeps everyone aligned, informed, and in sync throughout the process.

Thanks for explaining—keeping the flow transparent and choice‑driven makes sense for small teams.

I have a small idea related to improving provider‑customer alignment that you could try on your own.

If you're open to a suggestion, what's the best way to share it?
