This is my Dad's book, and as such, I've read every word of it, looking for typos! :P The good news about this book is that it's an easy and fun read with tons of real-world examples.

Service is official 85% or so of US GDP... but honestly it is closer to 100%. You know this: Everything is service. And service requires a focus on value creation, customer coproduction or cocreation, and the user experience.
It was a delight to work with three researchers from the CTF Service Research Center at Karlstad University to weave together research and best practices of service innovation. The result is this short book.
