@masump Good question! The detection engine is powered by some pretty smart AI magic. We feed it a carefully crafted prompt that’s been optimised to spot seed oils by cross-referencing a knowledge base of ingredients/food science. It’s less about training in the traditional sense and more about leveraging a pre-trained language model to parse labels, then layering our own logic on top. The real trick is in the prompt engineering 🙂
