Hey PH! I created Skreenme because I wanted to build my own take on a macOS screenshot tool. While tools like Shottr are great, I wanted to see if I could make something equally snappy and keep it free for the community.
Itβs not open-source, just a side project Iβve been polishing lately. Iβm not sure about a paid version yet β for now, I just want to see if people find it useful.
Would love to hear your thoughts on whatβs missing!
Very neat little app that implements crucial features that default screenshot apps just don't deliver like censoring private information via either aesthetic blur layer or pixelization (for cyber security freaks that don't trust any blur to do that) and so much more!
And beta is freeware which is appreciated π
