Public Templates Directory is a shared library of real, production-ready project templates you can install directly from the CLI. GitHub is full of amazing starter repos, boilerplates, and reference architectures. The problem is finding them again. They’re scattered across profiles, gists, bookmarks, and Slack messages. You remember that one Next.js starter or that clean NestJS backend, but the repo name and the author have vanished into the void. So we built a single public registry for templates. Instead of hunting links, you can now: Browse a growing directory of community-shared templates Pick one by stack, use case, or popularity Pull it into your project with one CLI command Every template is described using a public schema, so anyone can publish their own favorite setups. No gatekeepers, no lock-in. Just a shared map of how real developers start real projects. This isn’t another boilerplate generator. It’s a public memory for the best starting points on the internet. If GitHub is where code lives, this is where good beginnings are found.
