@paul_s_kemp As a former wellness coach (who has also used Lift/, I’d say that Satori is much more conducive if you’re running a full-blown coaching practice. I personally got the feeling that Lift/ was more about accountability, whereas (at least from the training myself and other wellness/health coaches receive), it’s about way more than just accountability. If you’re the type of coach putting together 3/6/9/12 month coaching plans, VIP day sessions, week sessions, retreats, conferences, workshops, Satori is definitely the better fit.
