The process seems a bit weird, but the end result is precisely cooked food (you dont need to guess if something is "done"). Also, food doesn't dry out. It works with any protein including meat, poultry, fish and eggs,

Cool to see more cooking products on PH. There are a few other people taking on home sous vide cooking, which make me super duper happy.
