I was an early subscriber and wanted to share an honest experience that goes beyond the product itself.
After subscribing, I requested a refund within the window their own policy allows. Seven months later, I have never received a response, not from support, not from either co-founder I contacted on LinkedIn, not after involving a consumer protection association.
The product concept is interesting, but a company that publishes a refund policy and then ignores every request to honor it is not one I can recommend. Potential subscribers should know this before committing financially.
