This was actually really great. Nikos is right about applying SaaS metrics as a 'one size fits all' approach being wrong. I am actually struggling with churn but he's so right here, you can't force a customer/user to change their needs to fit your structure, you need to change the pricing model or structure to fit the needs. Great stuff!
