RustGrid creates a new category: issue tracking as infrastructure. While existing tools are collaboration UIs, RustGrid treats tickets as operational system state. Tickets are deterministic, versioned, auditable entities with strict RBAC, idempotent writes, and event-driven workflows. The platform is API-first and headless, designed to sit inside CI/CD, bots, and production systems. As teams rely on software-defined operations, tickets become production data. RustGrid captures that layer.
