Hey Product Hunt 👋 I started working on my own fashion brand called Upcoming. Before launching or producing anything, I went deep into the operational side of the business — costs, pricing, inventory planning, and cash flow. What surprised me during my research was how unclear everything was at the beginning. Most early-stage fashion founders don’t really know where their money goes, how many pieces they should produce, or whether a decision is actually profitable — they’re forced to guess. Instead of learning that the hard way, I spent the last 4 months researching the problem and building the system I wish existed when starting out. The result is an operations system for fashion brands: calculators to get real numbers, AI to sanity-check decisions, and a dashboard that makes everything visible instead of scattered across spreadsheets. This is built for founders who want clarity before they launch or scale. I’d genuinely love feedback from the PH community — especially from builders who’ve dealt with early operational chaos.
