Hey Product Hunt! I'm very excited to introduce Runspark - your solution to consistent and disciplined exercise - to the Product Hunt community! It has been a fun and challenging project since it is my FIRST one ever but I'm happy to finally LAUNCH🚀! I am and have my whole life been an acitve person, playing sports growing up and getting into lifting weights later years. It has definetely benefit me both physically and mentally by staying active. I think we all can agree that their is no better feeling than leaving the gym after a heavy session or the heavy breaths after a exhausting run. It was when I this summer got a cast and couldn't exercise for 2 month straight that i realised how hard it is to get back into continuous training. Weeks or even days without exercising makes you unconsciously comfortable to continue not training.🛋️ The solution that finally got me to take action, get up, go to the gym, tie my running shoes, was a little spark of inspiring words. ⚡ Such a small act, just a small sentence, a few words, was all I need to be exposed to, to get me over the edge.🏃‍♀️ I have now created Runspark to help people in sutation I was in, in need of a spark, a running spark⚡ Users will be able to set up exactly what days and time of each day during a week they'd like to exercise.
