I've been a runner for five years now, and was never a fan of running to music. When I tried to run with music, I always found myself fiddling with my playlist to find a song that matched my stride, all the while losing focus on my performance and form. I tried Weav Run's guided workouts (with adaptive music) and I'm completely hooked! I shaved 5 min. off my 4 mi. run on my first time trying the app. Ever since, my running workouts feel more focused and intentional. I have been a runner since high school. I've always enjoyed music while I run and love that this app matches the music tempo to my stride. I've used the outdoor workouts several times and love them. It's my own personal trainer in my ear giving me real time feedback which I find really motivating. I highly recommend the app.

Amazing new feature from a great team! I'm not a runner at all, so I tried out the Short & Spicy workout guided by Coach Kelly Roberts. I loved that I was able to set it to my playlist in the app, that her audio cues guided me along the way, and that the music adapted to my exact pace. Super cool, and definitely recommend non-runners try this out!
